This is an unofficial binary repository providing 32 bit (G4 and G5) binary packages for Barracuda156's fork and overlay of MacPorts, called PPCports. Instructions and installers for PPCports can be found here: https://macos-powerpc.org/. If you are running 10.6 PPC or want to use PPC64 on Leopard, you won't need these as he already provides precompiled packages for those targets. If you are still using stock MacPorts I highly reccomend moving to PPCPorts, otherwise you might encounter problems with my packages and miss out on tons of PowerPC specific fixes. All packages in this repository have been compiled by me on my Power Mac G5 Quad
Usage:
1. Add the following 2 lines to /opt/local/etc/macports/archive_sites.conf:
name Kemonomimi ppc
urls http://kemonomimi.nl/ppcports/software/
2. Download kemonomimi-pubkey.pem to /opt/local/share/macports/ and reference it in /opt/local/etc/macports/pubkeys.conf like this:
/opt/local/share/macports/kemonomimi-pubkey.pem
That's it, you are now ready to go! By default it now should automatically fetch precompiled packages from my server instead of compiling from source.
Note: a few packages might be marked as broken after installation due to unwanted dependencies that snuck in while I built them. I think this can be ignored but if it's annoying you can run your port commands verbosely, check which packages are missing and install them manually.
